We import directly by plane fresh alive lobsters from Barbuda and we keep it in a large seawater tank located en Vitet.

	Lobster Menu 50 Euros (per person)
	Lobster bisque flavoured with fresh tarragone or Fresh Lobster salad seasonned with a cocktail sauce or Fresh Lobster Guacamole
	* Grilled spiny Lobster served with two sauces or Fresh Lobster cassolette served with fresh pasta or Homemade Lobster ravioli *
	Black and white chocolate mousse cake or Passion fruit frozen soufflé or Bananas tarte tatin

Please add 50 euros per hour for cooking serving and cleaning
