Chef Bernard is one of the best around. As a former Chef, I appreciate the way he can effortlessly make a gourmet meal in an ever changing surrounding. He is a true gentleman and made our meal at our villa the best one of our trip. We are looking forward to more special villa meals this year as well(the nights we don't go to Andy's). No one should miss out on a chance to have Chef Bernard create for you!

Bernard was incredible!!  He made our stay on the beautiful island complete.  Every course he prepared was outstanding - the best dinner we had our entire vacation.  He even paired wine with every course, which made it all them more memorable.  He took time to talk with us more about the island - there is no doubt that we will call on him again on our next trip to the island!!

Bernard is te best! My husband and I went to several four star restaurants in Gustavia and St. Jean, then we had Bernard come over our villa to cook dinner for us. He was truly amazing that we booked him for two more nights. Everyone of his meals and desserts were better than the establishments we dined in. His prices are very reasonable too. There's no other way to go.

Bernard is wonderful -- a friend of many years from Paradisio, who, with his restaurant business partner Alain, had an exceptionally fine restaurant in the heart of Gustavia.  Lively decor, refined service, exquisite food, hugely historic building -- it was a marvelous confluence of positive elements.

And Bernard marshals the same spirit, service, and detail in his in-villa catering.  We engaged and enormously enjoyed Bernard's great talents on a number of occasions last season -- large parties and intimate evenings (with plenty of left-overs for lunch and dinner the next day!).

Bernard particularly is charming and winning over of the souls of children . . . a perfect complement to his winning ways with the hearts, stomachs, and minds of adults!

  What a great idea for your new business. I'm very happy to hear that I will still be able to have your lobster with lentils when we arrive on St. Barth next month.  We are looking forward to having one of your dinners at our villa.
